The WPC door production line mainly consists of screw feeder,SJSZ 80/156 conical twin-screw extruder, door panel mould, vacuum calibration platform, haul off machine,cutting machine and stacking platform.
The WPC door is extruded under high temperature and high pressure after mixing wood powder and PVC to form the overall cavity structure of the wood-plastic door. The inner layer is connected by more than a dozen reinforcing ribs to effectively prevent deformation.
The thickness of the door is 43mm (normal wooden door is 38-40mm), and the weight of a standard door leaf is about 22KG.
